Order Confirmation: Immediately after your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation, indicating that we have pre-authorized your payment and logged your order in our system.
Order Shipment: In stock items are shipped within five business days from the date of the order, although 95 percent ship within a day or two, unless otherwise noted on the product page. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Some products are preorder products (look for red message) or have a "contact us for availability" flag on the page. These products do not fall in the 5 day window.
