Espresso Outlet LLC Return & Cancellation Policy

At Espresso Outlet LLC, we are committed to delivering excellence in all our coffee equipment and ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. To support this commitment, we have established a thoughtful and comprehensive Return and Cancellation Policy.

Packaging and Returns:

To facilitate a smooth return process, we request that all packaging be retained. Without the original packaging, returns cannot be accepted due to the risk of damage during transit. Please note that disposing of packaging may lead to additional restocking fees and assume all risks of damage during transit.

Shipping Damage:

Our coffee equipment, known for its durability, is shipped with utmost care, often in wooden crates, to ensure maximum protection. Should you observe any shipping-related damage, please report it to us via email at sales@espressooutlet.net within 5 days of receipt, including detailed descriptions and clear photos of the damage.

Handling Damages:

In the event of shipping damage, we may send replacement parts for convenience or issue a return label. Prior to issuing a return label, we require photos showing the unit cleaned, if applicable, and repackaged in all original packaging. Return labels are contingent upon receipt of these photos.

Custom Orders & Cancellations:

Given the customized nature of many of our coffee equipment offerings, orders are generally considered final upon processing. We recognize, however, that circumstances may change. We review cancellation and return requests individually, and such requests may be subject to a 10% administrative fee of your order value, with a minimum fee of $50.

Return & Exchange Process:

  1. Authorization Required: Please contact us at sales@espressooutlet.net for a return authorization before proceeding with any returns or exchanges. Mention your order number and the reason for your return in the subject line. Returns without prior authorization cannot be processed.
  2. Timing: Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, unless a different period is specified on the product description page. Returned items must be in their original condition, cleaned and in all original packaging.
  3. Shipping Returns: For returns, we will provide prepaid shipping labels, but we will need to see photos showing the product cleaned and packaged in all original packaging prior to sending a return label. we suggest using USPS flat-rate shipping to be eligible for a shipping expense refund. For non defective buyers remorse returns we will deduct all shipping costs from the refund amount. If any items are missing or the product arrives damaged due to incorrect packaging or missing packaging we reserve the right to deduct associated costs. 

Refunds:

  • For returns due to defective items Espresso Outlet LLC will provide a full refund, including all shipping costs.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item and issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Damages:

Espresso Outlet LLC takes responsibility for damages incurred during shipping or those due to delivery of defective products. Please inspect your package upon arrival. Document any damages or defects upon delivery. For damaged items, email us at sales@espressooutlet.net with photographic evidence. We will manage the insurance claim and offer a replacement or refund according to your preference.

Shipping & Order Confirmation:

  • Order Confirmation: Immediately after your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation, indicating that we have pre-authorized your payment and logged your order in our system.
  • Order Shipment: In stock items are shipped within five business days from the date of the order, although 95 percent ship within a day or two, unless otherwise noted on the product page. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Some products are preorder products (look for red message) or have a "contact us for availability" flag on the page. These products do not fall in the 5 day window. 

Product Defects, Misrepresentation, and Replacements:

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping Espresso Outlet LLC will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or a replacement of equal value and quality. We can also send replacement parts where appropriate and when it is more convenient for the customer (example being without a machine or grinder for a couple weeks during return or exchange process, if damage is minor, some customers prefer to get parts sent.
